Lee is a somatic healing practitioner, trauma-informed coach, author, Reiki Master and certified Soul Realignment® practitioner. She also has a PhD in neuroscience and a background in sports science.
Lee uses ancient wisdom and modern neuroscience to help you heal your nervous system and release your limiting beliefs, blocks and triggers. She's passionate about helping people overcome trauma-adapted behaviour and feel so much more free, happier and calmer. Especially parents, who did not deserve to be parented in the way that they were, and want to break those toxic generational cycles.
She, like many others, has had a lot of childhood trauma to work through. When she found that traditional talk therapy, only helped to a small extent, she started to experiment with other methods including energetics, the nervous system, and working with the mind and the body, until she found something that really worked on a much deeper level.
She was diagnosed with autism and ADHD later in life, and has three young kids (two of which are also AuDHD). She practices regulating herself and her kids on a daily basis.
